Who Is Laurel?

Greek and Roman cultures traditionally used the laurel wreath to symbolize victory, honor, and great achievement. You may also recognize the word to describe a group of young women preparing to make and keep sacred covenants in the temple. 

Thus, a laurel is a valiant and prepared woman preparing for the greatest honor and accomplishment found within temples. 

I write these love letters to you as a friend, fellow saint, and a laurel journeying on the covenant path. They will be filled with love, wisdom, advice, and so much more to provide a spark as you prepare for your wedding, but more importantly, for your marriage. 

And I want to acknowledge many other Laurels who have helped me so much to create Laurel Love Letters. They are brilliant, inspiring, and amazing women who I admire so much.
